Hernandez Family Customz is a family-run custom apparel shop. Every shirt, hoodie, tote and apron is DTF printed and heat pressed by hand from my own home — no big warehouse, no middleman, just careful work on every single piece.
I spent years working as a cook, so customer service is second nature to me. When you order from me you're not just picking up another item — you become part of the family, and I don't stop until you're happy with it.

I started Hernandez Family Customz to do custom work for my community — and hopefully far beyond it. I do all the printing myself, from the comfort of my own home, and I always try to leave the customer satisfied.
What keeps me going is the work itself. Every day pushes me to get better and learn new ways to improve my craft on shirts, hoodies, totes and aprons. Nothing pushes me down — I'm building this into something full-time, one order at a time.

Questions, answered
Most orders are printed and pressed within 3–5 days once the design is approved. Larger or more detailed orders can take a little longer — I'll always tell you up front so you know exactly when to expect it.
DTF (direct-to-film) means your artwork is printed onto a transfer film and heat pressed straight onto the garment. It handles full color and fine detail, works on cotton and blends, and the print stays soft and durable through regular wear.
A clear PNG or JPG works great, and the bigger the file the better. No file? No problem — send me a photo, a screenshot or just describe the idea and I'll help build it out with you before anything gets printed.
Absolutely. Single custom pieces are what I do most. Bulk orders for family events, teams and small businesses are welcome too — reach out for pricing on larger runs.
Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. Skip the bleach and don't iron directly over the print. Treated right, the design will stay bold wash after wash.
Yes. Shirts, hoodies, totes and aprons are what I stock, but if you have another idea, send it over. If I can print it, I will — and if I can't, I'll tell you honestly.
